Portland , Oregon - March 10, 2008 - Northwest Analytical, Inc. (NWA) will introduce its new NWA eHACCP Solution at the Food Safety & Security Summit in Washington , DC March 17-19, 2008 . NWA eHACCP Solution delivers a complete electronic HACCP data collection, compliant data management and secure electronic signature for HACCP document production and management.
NWA will display NWA eHACCP at booth 919 at the Food Safety & Security Summit. NWA will also give the two part presentation , " How to Implement an Electronic HACCP Solution . "The Conversion Process from Paper HACCP to an Electronic HACCP Solution" by Dr. John G. Surak, Surak & Associates. Dr. Surak will discuss how the conversion of a paper HACCP system to an electronic HACCP solution is more than just developing a series of electronic input forms. The conversion plan will include the training, validation and verification steps to properly implement the system. These steps are critical to assure regulatory agencies, customers, and third party auditors, that the electronic HACCP solution is an effective food safety system.
