Dr. Surak will discuss how the conversion of a paper HACCP system to an electronic HACCP solution is more than just developing a series of electronic input forms. The conversion plan will include the training, validation and verification steps to properly implement the system.  These steps are critical to assure regulatory agencies, customers, and third party auditors, that the electronic HACCP solution is an effective food safety system.
