DEERFIELD, IL – The National Council of Chain Restaurants (NCCR) announced that the NCCR Board of Directors and Food Safety Task Force will meet at the2007 Food Safety & Security Summit in Washington, DC.
“NCCR believes it is only appropriate that its Board of Directors and Food Safety Task Force will meet at the 2007 Food Safety and Security Summit, said Jack Whipple, NCCR President. The safety of the food our member companies serve daily throughout the world is our highest priority.”
