CAccurate mass LCMS analyzers become increasingly interesting for pesticide screening in food due to the significantly improved detection sensitivity. Modern LC-QTOF-MS instruments allow the analysis of most LCMS amenable pesticides much below the MRLs required by EU legislation. In addition qualitative screening with TOF analyzers does not always require to have expensive standards for each pesticide on hand.

Thank you to our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers for making the 2013 Food Safety Summit a huge success!
Our Executive Educational Advisory Committee (EEAC) developed a stellar education program which attracted a record number of attendees. Special thanks to our Keynote speaker, Will Daniels from Earthbound Farm, for creating a positive buzz throughout the conference and in the news. Our exhibit floor also boasted record numbers with over 165 of the leading food safety suppliers showcasing their products and services.
