A Guide to Success as a Food Safety Professional

Based on the recently published book, Food Safety - A Roadmap To Success, learn how to get the resources (money, people and departmental cooperation) that you need to protect your brand, customers, consumers and shareholder value. You can do this by understanding and addressing the key elements, which we call the “puzzle pieces,” of an effective Food Safety Program as well as the “glue” that holds them together. This hands-on workshop will help you understand each of the puzzle pieces as they relate to your own situation and provide training on how you can effectively influence one of the puzzle pieces- Culture.
