The Food Safety Summit is a solutions based conference and expo designed to meet the educational and information needs of the food industry including growers, processors, retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, regulators and academia. The Food Safety Summit provides a 4 day comprehensive education program with speakers and trainers providing hands-on solutions. The Summit's expansive exhibition hall includes vendors demonstrating their latest products and services, and networking opportunities designed for attendees and exhibitors to exchange valuable ideas and make meaningful connections.

For the third year in a row, PMMI and BNP Media have joined together to provide PACK EXPO attendees the opportunity to receive up-to-date information on food safety from a diverse panel of experts at the Food Safety Summit Resource Center.
