bioMérieux's Food Safety Handbook
to Help Deliver Safer Consumer Products
International Experts Share their Knowledge and Experience

Marcy l'Etoile, France (July 9, 2007) — bioMérieux Industry, a world leader in industrial microbiology, brought together 22 internationally renowned experts to create the first Food Safety Handbook: Microbiological Challenges. The new publication from bioMérieux Editions will provide food industry professionals with the knowledge, expertise and vision of world microbiology specialists.
