This important series of highly informative educational session allows the Summit exhibitors an opportunity to demonstrate their expertise in a particular area addressing a specific food safety concern.
There will be two custom theatres on the expo hall floor Tuesday, April 13 & Wednesday, April 14 from 10:45am – 2:15pm. Each session will run 30 minutes.

The poster displays are to provide a time and place for scientists, academia, government and interested parties to showcase their important scientific findings and studies applicable to food safety. More information on submitting a poster.
Research posters will be displayed on the Expo hall floor Tuesday & Wednesday from 10:30am – 2:30pm. The poster presenters will be available at their posters both days.
