With over 30 individual Sessions, 2 half day workshops, 2 major keynote addresses and other ancillary educational offerings the Summit is a true one stop shop for the food safety professional. The Summit offers five individual tracks of educational topics covering a wide variety of educational topics relating to all disiplines in the food safety arena - from Farm to Fork.
